Returns & Exchanges Policy
At Victoris, we want you to love every piece you purchase. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, we’re here to make returns and exchanges as smooth as possible.
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
- Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and unworn, with all original tags, labels, and packaging intact.
- Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, unless faulty.
How to Start a Return or Exchange
- Contact our Customer Care team through the “Contact Us” page with your order number.
- We’ll provide you with return instructions and a return authorization code.
- Pack your item securely and send it back using the courier of your choice.
Return Shipping Costs
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is received safely.
Refunds
- Once your return is inspected and approved, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
- Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
Exchanges
- Exchanges are subject to product availability.
- If the requested item is unavailable, we will issue a refund instead.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
