At Victoris, we stand by the quality of our products. If something isn’t right, here’s how we handle returns:

• You may return unworn, unused items within 14 days of delivery.
• Items must be in their original condition, with tags and packaging intact.
• Customized or final-sale items are non-returnable.

• Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 30 business days once we receive and inspect the returned item.
• Shipping fees, customs, and duties are non-refundable.

• Exchanges are offered based on stock availability.
• If the requested item is out of stock, you may choose a refund or store credit.

• If you receive a defective or wrong item, contact us immediately at contact@victorisofficial.com with photos.
• We’ll cover return shipping for damaged/incorrect items.

3. Pack the item securely and send it back within the return window.
